    "Who remembered us in our lowly state, for His mercy endures forever,"  Psalm 136:23 There are numerous examples of much-needed requests in the Old and New Testaments. Those prayers centred on one’s special attempt to get God’s attention.  In those moments of extreme anxiety, the words “Remember me” were used. Joseph There is Joseph, son of Jacob/Israel, who requested to be remembered by the butler: “But  remember me  when it is well with you, and please show kindness to me; make mention of me to Pharaoh, and get me out of this house,”  Genesis 40:14. Joseph pleads with the butler to remember him when he is re-established as Pharaoh's servant.  Yet, the chief butler did not remember Joseph but had forgotten him (verse 23). Economic crisis: what actuality is going on?   Could the answer be found in "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God"? By Andre Delage, Student of Bible Prophesy.   In Mr. Hans Rollmann columns printed June 4 2008, The Telegram St John's, title "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God" he attempted to give answer to the origin for Newfoundland motto.   He commented that most other provinces also display patriotic or ethical sayings in their coats of arms, but none quite as blatantly religious as Newfoundland's motto.   "Blatantly" meaning: noisy especially in a vulgar or offensive manner (Merriam-Webster).   Sound to me that Mr Rollmann was "a bit" offended by the historic choice for Newfoundland motto.   Although, his column is historically correct "pertaining the origin of Newfoundland motto", it does lack explanation of Jesus instruction.   The main purpose of His instruction is not just for our needs to be look after as promis...
